TRAILER SPECIFICS

  • $1500 + TAX

  • 2 staff members (can be SmartServe certified)

  • Up to 4 hours on location (includes travel)

  • Includes all serving supplies: disposable/compostable plates, cutlery & napkins

  • Includes equipment and associated supplies: generator, propane, small kitchen appliances.

  • Does not include cost of food​

The Cookshop Trailer comes complete with a service window and two staff ready to bring eats & treats to your event. The trailer can be hooked up to existing electrical, or can run on a small generator. It's perfect for fun, intimate gatherings at any location. The trailer is kitted out with a portable charcoal grill and propane pizza oven for those warm summer nights.
