Always a delight for a weekend brunch, or a light supper with a side salad. Keep refrigerated until an hour before serving for a room temperature meal, or warm lightly in the oven at 300F for 15-20 minutes (or until a knife inserted is warm to the touch). Can be frozen (if well wrapped) for future eating: thaw in the fridge and follow instructions above.
