ASK US ANYTHING

You've got questions, we've got answers!

DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Two Dishes Catering can accommodate clients and guests with dietary restrictions of all kinds, whether ethical or physical, your right to enjoy food is our passion. Note that some substitutions could carry price differences and vary by ingredient. It is important to note that our kitchen space could cross-contaminate despite our best efforts, so please be very specific about allergies and their severity.

DO YOU HAVE STANDARD CATERING MENUS?

We work closely with each client to come up with a bespoke menu for every event. We prioritize seasonal ingredients to make the most of our local agricultural partners and are experienced in many styles of cooking. When requesting a quote, we can provide examples of seasonal menus from previous events for information and inspiration.

WHAT ARE THE CATERING COSTS WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF?

Catered events can come with several costs that not all clients anticipate. Proposals can include the following line items: food costs, which includes procurement and preparation; staffing costs, which depends on style of service requested; bakery costs, beverage or dishware services, and finally tax plus gratuity.

WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU?

Two Dishes currently operates out of a ghost kitchen at The Mount Community Centre in central Peterborough. We utilize this space for all our preparation and for pre-arranged pick-up orders as well.  If you are having an event at The Mount, get in touch to find out about our in-house catering capabilities.

You can also find us at the Peterborough Regional Farmer's Market every Saturday from 8am-1pm at the lower level of Peterborough Square. The Spring/Summer 2024 season will begin in May, at the Quaker Oats Park on Charlotte St.

We will soon be operating the lobby kiosk at the Venture North Building in Downtown Peterborough at 270 George St. North. Our anticipated hours of operation are 10am-2pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Also starting soon is a collaboration between Two Dishes Cookshop and 100 Acre Brewery at 390 Ashburnham Dr (south of Lansdowne). We will be regularly operating their pop-up kitchen to provide a unique and delicious snack centric menu paired with 100 Acre's tap room offerings.
